Clinical Research Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and analyze clinical research financials using the Advarra Visit Variation Report to align with contract pricing.

• Work in partnership with Sponsors and CROs to facilitate direct invoicing when applicable.

• Collaborate with START Accounting to pinpoint direct invoicing scenarios and maintain necessary trackers.

• Engage in reporting initiatives to detect irregular or potentially inaccurate trial expenses.

• Participate in Revenue Cycle task meetings alongside Leadership and Study Teams to ensure alignment with CTMS visions and evolving requirements.

• Coordinate with clinical site operations colleagues and ARIA systems to supply details for sponsor billing and payment.

• Aid in optimizing mapping and reconciliation processes to foster company growth and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a financial or business administration discipline, such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least one year of experience with CTMS, or equivalent knowledge and experience through education.

• Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems, specifically OnCore.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
