This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the clinician's schedule and diary using Heidi software.
• Organize clinical workflows to facilitate a seamless patient experience from referral to assessment.
• Prepare scripts, templates, and briefing documents for consultations.
• Track pending tasks to avoid patient abandonment and guarantee continuity of care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and cybersecurity measures while managing sensitive client information.
• Collaborate with external parties, including referrers, allied health professionals, and insurance companies.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation for relevant health practitioner authorities.
• Actively identify and address operational challenges before they escalate.
• Compose and revise articles, blog posts, and clinical content for the practice's communications.
• Aid in copywriting tasks for patient-facing materials, newsletters, and website content.
• Support basic data collection, statistical summaries, and reporting as needed.
• Authentic clinical background as a psychologist, registered nurse, neuropsychiatrist, or allied health professional, with direct patient or research experience.
• Proven research experience, including conducting literature reviews, synthesizing clinical evidence, and supporting article writing and submission.
• Strong academic and professional writing skills for newsletters, clinical content, website copy, and journal articles.
• Basic statistical understanding and familiarity with statistical software such as SPSS, R, or similar tools.
• Ability to work with data and generate reports.
• Knowledge of common psychological assessments and clinical terminology.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail; adept at managing competing priorities.
• Emotional resilience and ability to manage sensitive case materials with professionalism and objectivity.
• Awareness of cybersecurity and maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in executive support, medical administration, or clinical coordination.
• Familiarity with Heidi or similar clinical scheduling software.
• Experience in publishing or co-authoring clinical or academic articles.
• Background in neuropsychiatry or mental health research in particular.
• Must reside in the Philippines.
• Required to disclose any ongoing roles or client work.
• Must represent this engagement on LinkedIn as an “Independent Contractor.”
• 100% remote work from home.
• Flexible time management as an independent contractor, while coordinating with AU business hours for collaboration.
