Clinical Research Associate II – Senior Clinical Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary CTI liaison for designated study sites.

• Perform site visits and fulfill site visit requirements with high quality and adherence to deadlines.

• Assist in or manage study start-up processes, including feasibility assessments and site selection.

• Gather, examine, and monitor essential and regulatory documents.

• Participate in meetings with investigators, clients, and project teams.

• Develop and execute subject enrollment strategies for the assigned study sites.

• Ensure the appropriate storage, distribution, and accountability of Investigational Products (IP).

• Carry out site management tasks and provide continuous updates on site status to the Clinical Project Manager.

• Conduct remote monitoring and execute associated activities according to the specific Monitoring Plan of the study.

• Leverage systems and reports to monitor subject status.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in clinical research as a CRA or in a related field in Germany.

• Proven independent monitoring experience in Germany.

• Background in life sciences.

• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

• Proficient (at least Level B2) in both spoken and written German and English.
