Clinical Research Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for investigative sites.

• Link stakeholders with investigative sites to enhance AbbVie’s presence.

• Educate and inspire site personnel on the objectives of clinical trial programs.

• Perform evaluations, training, and monitoring activities at sites, ensuring adherence to protocols.

• Collect insights and employ engagement tools to monitor progress.

• Guide and train junior Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience related to clinical settings.

• A minimum of 6 months experience in monitoring clinical research for investigational drug or device trials.

• Familiarity with a risk-based monitoring approach.

• Understanding of regulatory and legal standards.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.

• Advanced skills in utilizing technology solutions.

• Outstanding written, verbal, active listening, and presentation capabilities.

• Ability to uphold integrity in accordance with AbbVie’s code of conduct.
