Clinical Research Associate – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• You will be dedicated to a specific client.

• You will oversee all site management and supervisory tasks in the designated oncology studies.

• You will collaborate with industry leaders and subject matter experts.

• You will have the chance to mentor junior Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive experience in site management, with a strong understanding of clinical trial methodology and terminology.

• At least 1 year of experience in independent site monitoring covering all visit types.

• A background in science is essential.

• Willingness to engage in oncology trials.

• Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with effective problem-solving abilities, enabling you to multitask and prioritize.

• A solid understanding and practical knowledge of clinical research, clinical trial phases, and current GCP/ICH and country-specific clinical research regulations and guidelines.
