Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide support for clinical studies in Poland or the surrounding region from a home office setting.

• Oversee all site management and supervisory tasks in designated oncology studies.

• Collaborate with a single dedicated client.

• Engage with industry leaders and subject matter experts.

• Mentor junior Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Utilize state-of-the-art technology.

• Grow within the position, take on additional responsibilities, or enhance skills in related Parexel FSP departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in site management.

• Knowledge of clinical trial methodologies and terminology.

• At least 1 year of independent site monitoring experience across all types of visits.

• A background in science is mandatory.

• Willingness to participate in oncology trials.

• Strong time management, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Good understanding and practical knowledge of clinical research and the various phases of clinical trials.

• Up-to-date knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.

• Familiarity with the relevant clinical research legislation and guidelines of the country.
