Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Supervise clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and offer support to guarantee successful trial execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Provide training and support to site staff and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to uphold high standards of clinical trial conduct.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to ensure smooth trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with expertise in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).
