Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Become a part of our vibrant team at Biomapas as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in Ukraine.

• Your contribution will be vital in managing clinical trials and ensuring adherence to study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Oversee site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for study site management.

• Conduct feasibility assessments and assist during the start-up phase.

• Generate and maintain necessary study documentation (including site management and monitoring).

• Guarantee that clinical trials are executed in line with all requirements (protocol, ICH-GCP, etc.).

• Provide protocol and associated study training to designated sites.

• Review regulatory documents as needed.

• Prepare clinical trial documentation and manage the storage and archiving of correspondence.

• Negotiate study budgets with potential investigators/sites and aid in agreement processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in a Life Science discipline.

• Proficiency in English and the local language.

• Experience in independent monitoring as a CRA.

• Comprehensive therapeutic and protocol knowledge.

• Extensive understanding of clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP and ICH).

• Strong skills in MS Office, EDC, and other systems related to clinical trials.

• Exceptional attention to detail and effective time-management abilities.
