Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and maintaining ongoing communication with investigational sites during the execution of global clinical trials

• Managing and monitoring site activities, including both on-site and remote site initiations

• Conducting monitoring and close-out visits for Phase I–IV clinical trials

• Independently overseeing investigational sites; training study physicians and site personnel before site activation

• Preparing and updating documents related to the study

• Assisting in site selection, gathering all pertinent study documents, and preparing submissions in CTIS

• Ensuring adherence to all internal and external regulations as well as ICH-GCP guidelines

• Recording visits and protocol deviations throughout the study

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a natural science or health science discipline, or equivalent relevant training

• Prior experience in clinical trials

• Strong organizational skills, an outgoing personality, and the capacity to inspire others

• A high level of flexibility, teamwork, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness

• Willingness to travel (approximately 5 days per month)

• Proficient in both English and German

• Strong MS Office skills
