This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Supervise and manage clinical trial activities to ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Take the lead on clinical trial monitoring tasks that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.
• Oversee clinical trial sites to confirm adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and offer support to guarantee successful trial execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and precise data collection and reporting.
• Provide training and support to site staff and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to uphold high standards of clinical trial implementation.
• Establish and nurture effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate smooth trial operations.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects at once, possessing strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with expertise in relevant clinical trial software and tools.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).
