This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Lead clinical projects independently, adhering to the established study budget and scope of work. Your strong interpersonal and organizational skills will be essential in setting and achieving both contracted and financial objectives during project execution. There may also be opportunities to manage international trials.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, which includes engaging in proposal activities and delivering client presentations.
• Collaborate with the Project Team and senior leadership from both Precision and sponsors, including C-level executives.
• Oversee and manage all facets of a clinical research trial or multiple trials.
• Provide comprehensive project management across all functional areas such as data management, safety, clinical operations, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.
• Create project status updates for clients and management, highlighting key deliverables, success metrics, and escalation points.
• Actively participate as a member of the Project Team with the aim of enhancing the management and execution of trials.
• Prepare and review protocols and other essential study documentation, including project plans, informed consents, site contracts, and budgets.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in life sciences, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Essential prior experience in a full-service/global Project Management role within the CRO industry.
• Significant experience in Clinical Operations within a CRO, with at least 4 years of full-service Project Management experience in a clinical trial context for a Clinical Research Organization.
• Experience in managing studies related to Oncology.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
• Strong presentation capabilities.
• Proven proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and software systems (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS).
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate positive working relationships with individuals and teams, both internally and externally.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities relevant to executing a clinical development plan.
