This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver robust and independent leadership for designated clinical projects, ensuring effective execution.
β’ Act as the main liaison for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
β’ Supervise study management tasks, encompassing site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout activities.
β’ Create and uphold study timelines, budgets, and project plans, ensuring compliance with project scope.
β’ Identify risks and proactively tackle challenges to maintain project timelines.
β’ Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, regulatory standards, and company SOPs.
β’ Manage relationships with vendors and oversee study-specific contracts.
β’ Provide mentorship and support to junior members of the project team.
β’ Assist in proposal development, bid defense meetings, and initiatives for business growth.
β’ Engage in internal and external project team meetings to guarantee alignment and success.
β’ 5β7 years of experience in project management within clinical research, ideally in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
β’ Extensive experience in Nephrology clinical trials is essential.
β’ Previous roles in clinical site management and CRA positions are preferred.
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in budget management, forecasting, and contract administration.
β’ A proactive and solutions-driven approach combined with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
β’ In-depth understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements (FDA, TGA, EMA, etc.).
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat).
β’ Capability to handle multiple priorities within a dynamic, global environment.
β’ A degree in a relevant scientific, healthcare, or project management discipline.
