This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and overall support to a Clinical Program Scientist, Associate Director, and/or Director who is involved in SCRI Research Program(s).
• Monitor enrollment processes and update pertinent documentation.
• Oversee study cohorts and amendments to protocols.
• Develop and revise one-page study summaries and distribute them to the relevant sites under supervision.
• Compile and maintain lists of disease Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) categorized by region and area of expertise.
• Prepare study summary emails and program-specific materials for dissemination.
• Distribute materials supported by Therapeutic Development to the network.
• Manage and redirect inquiries from the shared departmental mailbox to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and related tasks as required.
• Track and uphold action items for initiatives undertaken by the Therapeutic Development team.
• Coordinate interventional activities across multiple teams for studies at risk.
• Assist in achieving partner enrollment goals, including those related to diversity.
• Compose emails for Open to Enrollment announcements, one-page summaries, and content for disease committees.
• Draft and dispatch emails regarding FDA approvals.
• Aid in the creation of slide decks.
• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within oncology or clinical research.
• Extensive knowledge of oncology or clinical research across Phase I–IV trials.
• Eagerness to develop a deep understanding of supporting an SCRI Research Program.
• Capability to collaborate within cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient prioritization skills.
• Robust ability to operate in a dynamic environment and adjust to evolving program requirements.
• Must reside in the United States.
