Clinical Operations Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist General Practitioners with clinical outcomes, follow-up procedures, and patient interactions.

• Participate in incident evaluations and initiatives aimed at quality enhancement.

• Provide nurse-led follow-up care and triage for patients.

• Alleviate the administrative burden on GPs while ensuring high clinical standards are upheld.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid AHPRA registration with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.

• Excellent clinical judgement coupled with strong communication skills.

• Background in primary care, hospital settings, or virtual health (experience with telehealth is an advantage!).
