Clinical Operations Associate – Care Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the "First Impression": Engage in prompt outreach to new referrals, welcoming them to the program and establishing the tone for their care journey.

• Intake & Eligibility (The VOB): Conduct Verification of Benefits (VOB) and validate program eligibility to facilitate a smooth billing process.

• The Calendar Lead: Take charge of the scheduling and rescheduling process, ensuring that patients and providers attend their E/M visits while addressing any "no-show" challenges.

• Tech Troubleshooting: Function as a "Member Concierge," assisting patients and providers in navigating our platform, signing consents, and resolving audio/video issues prior to their appointments.

• Data Integrity: Uphold a "Zero Inbox" approach within our Case Management Systems, documenting every interaction to ensure clinical continuity and reimbursement.

• Startup Agility: Collaborate with the Operations team to test new workflows, document effective strategies, and engage in special projects as the company expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a patient-facing, high-volume administrative, or customer success role (Experience in healthcare is advantageous, but a "service-first" attitude is essential).

• Technical Native: Proficient in navigating various software tools (Slack, EMRs, Google Suite) concurrently with ease.

• Exceptional Communication: Comfortable communicating via phone and in writing—capable of explaining complex insurance or tech issues with empathy and clarity.

• Detail Obsessed: Keenly aware of details, noticing missing signatures or transposed phone numbers that others might overlook.
