This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and implement strategies at the account level to enhance awareness and increase the use of the Products within acute care facilities.
• Gain insight into the customer’s environment, including identifying key decision-makers, understanding their concerns, and addressing challenges to effectively progress the sales process.
• Exhibit consultative selling abilities to uncover customer strategies and articulate HR HealthCare’s value proposition, highlighting both financial and clinical impacts.
• Maintain a high level of clinical and technical product knowledge, demonstrating a solid understanding of competitive activities and market trends.
• Partner with inside sales representatives in the territory to ensure proper coverage and enhance product awareness among key stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations, as well as clinical and patient education sessions at prospective and current accounts, as needed.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify actionable opportunities and apply strategies to achieve territory goals.
• Possess a strong drive to acquire new customers and broaden market share within the territory.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within accounts to boost product utilization.
• Implement HR HealthCare's Sales Methodology.
• Formulate and execute territory plans, which include customer segmentation, targeting and routing, while accurately recording customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and other sales team members to execute initiatives and deliver market feedback and insights to internal teams to aid in product development and strategic planning.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the medical or urology sectors.
• Strong business acumen, a proactive hunter mentality, and a results-driven approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays (40% - 60% travel required).
