Clinical Lead – Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the operational elements of clinical trials from initiation to completion

• Supervise site activities and the performance of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)

• Track timelines, study metrics, and recruitment efforts

• Facilitate interactions between investigators and sponsors

• Coordinate study teams and activities across functions

• Assist in vendor oversight and resolution of issues

• Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Contribute to planning projects and strategies for study execution

• Develop a network of skilled Clinical Leads and Clinical Trial Managers for future opportunities as new studies are awarded

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field

• Previous experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Lead, or a similar role

• Strong operational expertise in site management and monitoring

• Comprehensive understanding of FDA regulations and GCP standards

• Capability to manage multiple studies and prioritize competing demands

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience in renal/nephrology clinical trials is highly desirable

• Willingness to travel as necessary
