Clinical Lead – Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily clinical trial operations from initiation to completion.

• Manage timelines, enrollment goals, and operational outcomes.

• Supervise CRA functions and ensure monitoring quality.

• Assist with site feasibility, selection, activation, and performance oversight.

• Collaborate with sponsors, investigators, and cross-functional teams.

• Guarantee adherence to protocols and maintain data integrity.

• Recognize operational risks and devise effective solutions.

• Provide study updates and status reports to primary stakeholders.

• Mentor CRAs and members of the study team.

• Manage both global and regional clinical studies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• Previous experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Lead, or similar role.

• Strong expertise in monitoring and site management.

• Familiarity with European regulatory standards and ICH-GCP.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities across international studies.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience in renal/nephrology clinical trials is highly desirable.

• Certifications such as ACRP or SOCRA are a plus.
