Clinical Intake Physical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct Discovery Calls as they are scheduled in your personal calendar — appointments are arranged for you, rather than being sourced independently.

• Reconnect with previous or dormant leads — past inquiries, cancellations, and no-shows — not solely new inbound contacts.

• Prioritize listening — grasp what someone has previously attempted, their fears, and what an improved situation would signify for them.

• Adhere to our established call structure and scorecard as your foundational guide — once you begin converting and achieving key milestones, you are encouraged to modify the language to match your personal style and the individual in front of you.

• Tackle hesitations and objections with professional credibility and sincere empathy — confidently assist the individual in scheduling their evaluation.

• Document every conversation and subsequent steps in the EMR to ensure no one is overlooked.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant — this is essential, as trust in this specialty is founded on genuine clinical knowledge.

• Should be truly comfortable discussing pelvic health — including bladder, bowel, pain, sexual function, pregnancy/postpartum, and post-surgical recovery — with compassion and without awkwardness, regardless of the caller.

• Lead with empathy and curiosity before providing information.

• Capable of having a caring conversation while asking for commitment — you should be at ease with closing, not just informing.

• Highly organized and dependable with follow-up — ensuring nothing is overlooked.
