
Clinical Implementation Manager – Orthodontics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and develop tailored workflows that meet the specific needs of each clinic.
• Provide training for new clients, including clinics and dental teams, on the DentalMonitoring (DM) solutions suite.
• Ensure client retention and assist them in expanding their utilization of DM solutions to fully leverage the advantages of AI technology and the DM dashboard.
• Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to promote ongoing support for the DentalMonitoring brand and advocate for DM solutions and products.
• Act as the technical intermediary between clients and the DM platform.
• Participate in local trade shows and exhibitions.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with regional sales managers, customer success managers, and sales representatives to provide an exceptional onboarding experience for clients.
• Motivate doctors and dental clinic staff to embrace new protocols while addressing any concerns regarding the adoption of transitional technologies.
• Offer on-site field support at clinics to train staff and aid in the implementation of DM solutions, which may comprise up to 60% of working time.
• At least 5 years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics, or a related field.
• Strong grasp of consultative and conceptual selling methodologies.
• Extensive experience in consulting, training, and solution implementation.
• Capability to build and maintain partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient IT skills with a keen interest in emerging technologies.
• Diplomatic approach with strong listening abilities and empathy.
• Ability to influence clients and encourage shifts in their perspectives.
