This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess prescriptions and provide treatment for cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation patients in line with our clinical protocols.
• Oversee a caseload of patients in our Phase 3 maintenance program, promoting adherence, ensuring patient satisfaction, and facilitating continued progress for those who have transitioned from our Phase 2 program.
• Take charge of responding to alerts and enhancing patient participation in vital monitoring as part of our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) initiative.
• Analyze SpO2 readings from patients enrolled in our Overnight Pulse Oximetry Monitoring (ONPO) program.
• Complete essential documentation and billing claims for Phase 3 rehabilitation sessions, RPM encounters, and ONPO reports.
• Adapt to various roles: from crafting exercise programs for patients to troubleshooting their technical issues.
• Collaborate directly with founders to innovate and enhance our state-of-the-art digital care delivery model.
• Work in tandem with our technology team to ensure a seamless experience for our patients and clients.
• Demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to provide an outstanding and engaging rehabilitation experience for our patients.
• Take pride in delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing our rehabilitation program.
• Offer support to our patients, empowering them to take responsibility and ownership of their rehabilitation journey.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• ACSM certification is preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience with a proven track record as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in an in-person Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Facility.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Above-average proficiency in utilizing mobile technology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that foster a supportive environment for patients.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to develop and follow repeatable processes.
• Ability to work independently in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment (self-motivated).
• Keen attention to detail.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Spanish.
