Clinical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on clinical and procedural training to healthcare professionals across both new and existing accounts.

• Promote evidence-based onboarding and product adoption to ensure safe and confident usage.

• Tailor training methodologies to suit varying clinical environments and levels of experience.

• Act as an in-room clinical resource during gastrointestinal procedures utilizing ColoWrap.

• Deliver follow-up education and reinforce best practices.

• Recognize and analyze patterns of product adoption versus resistance.

• Assist clinical champions within accounts to ensure effective implementation.

• Offer timely and efficient field support during critical implementation phases.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to foster account growth while upholding clinical integrity.

• Work alongside Product and Marketing teams to shape training content, messaging, and launch preparedness.

• Convey actionable clinical insights from the field to guide product and strategic decisions.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal structure.

• Take initiative in addressing clinical education requirements with little supervision.

• Represent the company with professionalism and credibility in all clinical contexts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or a comparable nursing qualification.

• Active RN license in good standing.

• Certified Gastroenterology Registered Nurse (CGRN) or a commitment to obtaining certification within a specified timeframe.

• Experience in gastrointestinal settings, particularly in endoscopy.

• Willingness and capability to travel extensively (50-75% of the time).

• Previous experience in clinical education, precepting, training, or medical device support is advantageous.
