This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop Local Strategies: Collaborate with the team to create and execute marketing and outreach initiatives customized for your target markets.
• Expand Our Community: Craft and implement strategies aimed at engaging new medical students, physicians, and institutions, enabling them to discover and reap the benefits of our platform.
• Establish Partnerships: Engage with medical associations, universities, and student organizations to forge collaborations that enhance access and raise awareness.
• Oversee Key Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing regional campaigns, roadshows, events, and webinars that motivate and connect with the medical community.
• Evaluate Impact: Monitor progress and provide insights to refine future strategies while celebrating achievements.
• You **must** hold a medical license (physician) in Latin America;
• You need to be a native Spanish speaker with proficiency in English (C1/C2);
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Mexican medical education system, particularly **ENARM**;
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, both internally and externally, along with excellent presentation skills;
• Results-driven - adapt strategies based on qualitative feedback from key opinion leaders and quantitative KPIs;
• Innovative and creative thinking - approach projects with a unique perspective to generate fresh, original ideas;
• Outstanding writing skills - produce engaging content that resonates with audiences, demonstrating mastery of grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure;
• An entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments and steering success initiatives;
