Clinical Education Delivery Specialist – All Genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide top-notch clinical education and training for Philips products

• Conduct engaging training sessions, both virtually and on-site, for various audiences

• Educate participants on new products, features, and clinical applications

• Collaborate with instructional design teams to enhance and refine training materials

• Assist with usability studies and customer training initiatives

• Evaluate feedback and training metrics to continually enhance learning effectiveness

• Serve as a subject matter expert in delivery of learning and educational services

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, or a related field

• Some experience in training delivery, learning services, or clinical education

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities

• Proficient in English
