This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage in a comprehensive leadership training program that emphasizes clinical operations and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Observe and assist Clinical Directors with daily clinical, staffing, scheduling, and operational tasks.
• Aid in evaluating resident care plans, managing medications, and conducting health assessments to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to quality assurance efforts and assist in achieving clinical performance benchmarks.
• Acquire knowledge and support related to state and federal regulatory compliance, as well as audit processes and documentation accuracy.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and guidance of Wellness team members.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide person-centered care.
• Maintain communication with residents and their families regarding care plans and health updates.
• Support scheduling, staffing strategies, inventory management, and basic operational planning.
• Participate in continuous professional development focused on geriatric care and clinical leadership.
• Carry out additional responsibilities within the scope of practice as assigned.
• Valid RN, LPN, or LVN license (mandatory).
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in senior living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare environment.
• Strong potential for leadership and a keen interest in management positions.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the designated region (if applicable).
