Clinical Director – Global Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Supervise the clinical quality, operational performance, and integrity of service delivery

• Propel brand authority and commercial expansion in global markets

• Represent ComPsych at international conferences and key sales opportunities

• Manage the clinical quality framework across all global markets and oversee intake operations

• Track outcome measures, KPIs, and quality benchmarks for all services

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health or clinical discipline

• At least 10 years of experience in behavioral health clinical operations

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience

• Established expertise in mental health and well-being

• Proven track record in designing and implementing clinical quality frameworks

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and electronic health/client information systems

• Professional proficiency in English
