This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with daily provider assignments according to licensure and manage coach assignments based on operational needs.
• Oversee care team panels concerning program, tenure, coverage, onboarding, attrition, PTO, licensure, and language requirements.
• Address care team and assignment inquiries from providers and coaches.
• Coordinate the resolution of assignment and reassignment issues with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks.
• Maintain assignment trackers and reports, utilizing data-driven decisions to inform product requirements.
• Resolve discrepancies in assignments in collaboration with Clinical Delivery, Practice Management, Licensure, and clinical teams.
• Develop and adhere to SOPs, escalating issues as necessary.
• Identify inefficiencies through data analysis and propose process enhancements.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude to optimize workflows.
• Assist in quality assurance initiatives and efforts to reduce cycle time.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical delivery, practice management, clinical operations, and technical/product teams.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and integration teams on assignment-related projects.
• Provide operational updates to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Generate reports detailing assignment status, panel balance, and coverage gaps.
• Monitor time-to-assignment, panel load distribution, and reassignment volume.
• Create dashboards and trackers to enhance leadership visibility.
• Identify and report trends and anomalies, such as unbalanced panels and licensure mismatches.
• Support ad hoc data extraction and analysis requests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with expertise in formulas, filters, sorting, pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Claude or other AI productivity tools.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare provider licenses, Advanced Practice Providers, and care team structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
