This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Implements relevant elements of the project protocol in daily activities and guides others on how to integrate them into their routines.
• Serves as a point of contact for the Project Lead and/or client as necessary, and communicates with management regarding all data management (DM) activities within their studies.
• Creates and maintains documentation files for data management projects; conducts independent reviews of data management outputs in accordance with established CDM guidelines.
• Develops and provides study-specific training for DM project personnel.
• Generates project-specific status updates for management, Project Lead, and/or clients on a regular schedule. Tracks study metrics.
• May engage in business development efforts by aiding in bid preparation and/or representing data management during bid defense meetings when required.
• Aids in project forecasting for hours and identifies resource needs, while also highlighting potential out-of-scope activities to the Project Lead and management, assisting with the Contract Modification process.
• Guides junior staff on all associated tasks within a study.
• Supports the administrative and financial oversight of assigned projects. Conducts all designated data management tasks independently and efficiently, with a focus on quality.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.
• Prior experience that equips the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the role (approximately 2+ years).
• Capacity to effectively apply knowledge and skills in a well-organized manner while complying with regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and client requirements.
• Proficient in utilizing interactive computer programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent command of the English language and grammar; good organizational, analytical/problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to uphold a high level of confidentiality with clinical data and proprietary client information.
• Strong customer orientation and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently when necessary.
• Proficient in training and directing the study team.
• Ability to establish and adhere to timelines or recognize and accommodate schedule changes in response to project demands.
• Work is conducted in an office setting with exposure to electrical office equipment.
• Occasional travel to site locations, including both domestic and international travel.
