This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more states.
β’ Lead and manage clinical data programming activities across various clinical trials, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to regulatory standards.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to formulate programming strategies and establish standards for data collection, processing, and analysis.
β’ Offer technical expertise and guidance to programming team members, including sharing best practices and providing troubleshooting support.
β’ Review and validate programming deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with predefined specifications.
β’ Contribute to the development of innovative programming solutions that enhance efficiency and data quality in clinical trials.
β’ Coordinate the delivery of clinical data analysis, address issues, and foster team development.
β’ Travel as necessary, approximately 15% of the time.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
β’ Relevant experience in clinical data programming within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sectors.
β’ Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and mentoring programming professionals.
β’ Proficient in clinical research programming languages such as SAS, Python, and/or SQL.
β’ In-depth understanding of CDISC standards, FDA/EMA regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
β’ Capability to manage competing priorities and develop team skills.
β’ Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 15% of the time.
