Clinical Data Programming Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage clinical data programming activities across various clinical trials, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to formulate programming strategies and establish standards for data collection, processing, and analysis.

• Offer technical expertise and guidance to programming team members, including sharing best practices and providing troubleshooting support.

• Review and validate programming deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with predefined specifications.

• Contribute to the development of innovative programming solutions that enhance efficiency and data quality in clinical trials.

• Coordinate the delivery of clinical data analysis, address issues, and foster team development.

• Travel as necessary, approximately 15% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in clinical data programming within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sectors.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and mentoring programming professionals.

• Proficient in clinical research programming languages such as SAS, Python, and/or SQL.

• In-depth understanding of CDISC standards, FDA/EMA regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.

• Capability to manage competing priorities and develop team skills.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 15% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
