
Clinical Consultant – Radiology Informatics, PACS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Accountable for coordinating and executing application configuration as well as user training.
• Offer support for product commercialization and trade shows.
• Perform product demonstrations and manage call escalations.
• Integrate system workflows effectively.
• Collaborate with project teams to tailor clinical workflows.
• Document as-built workflows and facilitate the transition to service support.
• Design and implement training programs for clinical users.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful go-live of the solution.
• Take ownership of defect resolution related to clinical user interface and workflows.
• Guide customers in maintaining the system.
• Bachelor's degree with over 2 years of relevant experience or vocational education accompanied by more than 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a radiology department with a solid grasp of radiology workflows.
• Familiarity with PACS.
• Ideally possess a Radiographer license or experience as a PACS administrator.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Background in application training and/or consulting.
• Fluent in English with outstanding oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
• A motivated team player with adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license with the ability to travel within the UK and Ireland (up to 70% of the time).
• Willingness to travel to additional locations across Europe as needed.
