This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Serve as the primary contact for clinical matters concerning customers in the designated territory.
• Provide training and education to customers regarding Abbott products.
• Responsible for Heartline and Travel Calls.
• Attend procedures to offer clinical assistance.
• Engage in strategic planning and execution aimed at enhancing clinical outcomes.
• Efficiently manage clinical and process-related challenges within the territory.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with various teams.
• Maintain awareness of and comply with Advamed guidelines.
• Pursue ongoing education on clinical matters affecting MCS.
• Assess the clinical and educational needs of customers.
• Create, develop, and execute high-quality educational programs.
• Monitor industry trends to inform marketing about potential new product directions.
• Assist the sales team in advocating Abbott's products to potential clients.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related medical field.
• Preferred 3-5 years of experience in heart failure or equivalent background.
• Experience in Nursing, Circulatory Support, or Cardiology is essential.
