This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver precise technical and clinical information to clients and patients.
• Engage with clients for order-specific details and documentation follow-ups.
• Assist internal teams by addressing or triaging clinical inquiries and requests.
• Oversee and monitor cases throughout laboratory and reporting processes.
• Stay updated on Ambry’s products, policies, protocols, and information technology systems.
• Contribute to internal team projects, including data mining, non-standard protocols, and research and development.
• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in multitasking while upholding a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in general computer skills and Google Suite.
• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability regarding job assignments and changes in workflow.
• Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
