This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver precise technical and clinical information to clients and patients.
• Follow up and communicate with clients regarding order-specific details and documentation.
• Assist internal teams by addressing or triaging clinical inquiries and requests.
• Monitor and track cases throughout laboratory processes and reporting.
• Maintain personal follow-up lists and engage in team audits.
• Keep up-to-date with Ambry’s products, policies, protocols, and information technology systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams on projects such as data mining, non-standard protocols, and research and development.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in multitasking while upholding a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in general computing and Google Suite.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability to job assignments and changes in workflow.
• Strong organization, time management, prioritization, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
