This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• The Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS) is tasked with providing product training and application support through web sessions or on-site at hospitals.
• Responsible for troubleshooting, software installation, and upgrades at customer locations.
• Collaborates closely with Circle’s Account Sales Executives to foster account relationships.
• Assists the Account Sales Executives during the initial stages of the sales process and following the closing of sales.
• Conducts product demonstrations, installations, and follows up with customers.
• A robust background in medical imaging is essential.
• Experience with cardiac MRI, CT, EP, and structural heart post-processing applications is a valuable asset.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to educate others.
• A proactive, outgoing personality complemented by strong communication abilities.
• Customer-oriented and adept at problem-solving, with a responsible and representative demeanor.
• Committed and demonstrates initiative in all tasks.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% in Eastern Europe and Scandinavia.
• Prior experience with Circle’s products is advantageous.
