This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Conduct clinical data analysis and manage cases independently to facilitate the precise interpretation of genetic results, including reanalysis efforts.

• Develop phenotype-genotype correlations for a diverse array of genetic disorders utilizing internal resources and professional tools.

• Analyze and interpret intricate clinical characteristics of genetic conditions; document evidence and justification for variant classification in a clear and standardized manner.

• Achieve or surpass productivity and error benchmarks as established by the team leader.

• Execute clinical analysis at a moderate case rate.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to further team goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Genetics, or a related discipline, or an MD/DO with over 2 years of directly related experience in clinical diagnostics (including fellowship).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven computer skills, including the capacity to maintain a high level of proficiency with internal systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the Office 365 environment.

• Minimum of one year of experience in independent clinical analysis.

• ABMGG or CCMG certification is mandatory.
