This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Assist customers in achieving their desired outcomes through our product or service.
• Serve as a liaison between the company and its clientele.
• Perform legal research and create relevant legal documents.
• Offer support on legal issues to improve service quality.
• Address customer service inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Aid customers with technical setups for source code management integrations.
• Collaborate with leads to inform them about services via email and chat.
• Compile reports based on the evaluation of customer information.
• Oversee legal drafting and prepare necessary documents for client distribution.
• Understanding of LegalTech principles.
• Previous experience in customer success or a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong skills in drafting legal documents.
• Experience working with a variety of companies across different sizes and industries.
• Possess analytical thinking abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in modern web tools such as Google Docs and related platforms.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
