This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement a proactive client management strategy to foster growth and retention with our merchant partners.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities across a diverse portfolio to enhance client value and develop strategies to leverage them.
• Provide timely and effective support to meet client needs and inquiries.
• Perform regular performance assessments and collect client feedback.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to promptly address client issues and requests.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to anticipate client requirements.
• Collaborate across functions to implement strategies that support clients.
• Ensure that client objectives align with internal priorities and deliverables.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and adaptability in navigating evolving environments.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to offer accurate information and support to clients.
• A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the financial technology sector.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a knack for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable in dynamic, high-pressure environments while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with marketing technologies and e-commerce is preferred.
