• Oversee client interactions, including communication, check-ins, follow-ups, and managing expectations.
• Facilitate the approval of content, provide project updates, and track pending inputs from clients.
• Compile monthly reports for clients that include KPI updates and insights from the SEO team.
• Maintain organization within Asana and ensure internal workflows are streamlined across various clients.
• Comprehend each client’s strategy to ensure requests are in line with established priorities.
• Refer complex SEO queries to the SEO team as necessary.
• Assist in onboarding, retention efforts, and process enhancements as the agency expands.
• Proven experience in client success, project management, account coordination, or operations within an agency or service-oriented business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and adept at juggling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, reporting techniques, and performance metrics.
• Proficient in using Asana or comparable project management software.
• Capable of communicating effectively, establishing boundaries, and confidently guiding clients.
• Availability for weekday overlap with Eastern Time business hours.
• Interest in mental health or private practice sectors is a plus.
