
Client Success Manager – Pipeline & Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Ensure that clients continuously generate leads and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Take charge of execution following the definition of the offer, which includes: LinkedIn outreach and messaging, maintaining content consistency, conducting workshops, managing the pipeline, and ensuring weekly accountability and follow-through.
• Identify high-intent opportunities, such as companies seeking SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GRC certifications.
• Extract key decision-makers, including CTOs, CISOs, and hiring managers.
• Transform these insights into targeted lead lists and outbound campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with clients to guarantee that outreach is conducted consistently, opportunities are identified, content is published, conversations are initiated, and pipelines are established.
• Conduct brief, focused execution check-ins with clients.
• Monitor activity and progress on a weekly basis.
• Experience with LinkedIn outbound campaigns.
• Background in agency or client services work.
• Previous roles as an SDR, setter, or in appointment-setting.
• Proficiency in pipeline management.
• Proven track record of personally generating leads in a B2B environment.
• Ability to connect opportunities to outreach strategies.
• Comfortable utilizing tools and independently problem-solving.
• Prefer execution over theoretical concepts.
• Capable of holding individuals accountable for their commitments.
• Fully remote work environment.
