This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Foster and maintain outstanding professional relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Develop long-term partnerships with clients that yield both financial and operational advantages.
• Facilitate regular client meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Engage with clients consistently, both on a scheduled and ad hoc basis.
• Create and nurture revenue streams within the current client portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to address service delivery challenges impacting contractual commitments.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client product setups and inter-service system logic.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients; take ownership of their satisfaction and identify opportunities for optimization, retention, and upselling.
• Track accounts receivable balances, perform account reconciliations, recover overdue revenue, and ensure invoice accuracy.
• Prioritize and manage time effectively across various responsibilities.
• Supervise the execution of project campaigns, document progress, and communicate outcomes.
• Evaluate and authorize software modifications while participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Educate and advise clients on industry best practices.
• Onboard new clients or products and address areas for improvement.
• Monitor and assess client performance, identify discrepancies, and notify management.
• Create solutions and communicate with relevant parties.
• Review and provide monthly settlement documents and client reports.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a comparable mix of education, training, and experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role, account management, or a similar capacity.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in gathering, documenting, and conveying client requirements to internal teams.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the capacity to define issues, gather data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions.
