This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Onboard new clients following the project kickoff.
• Verify project timelines, assigned team members, and necessary documentation.
• Collect project requirements, intake forms, and supporting materials.
• Assist clients through the onboarding process to ensure all prerequisites are fulfilled.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage client-facing email communications and channels.
• Address client inquiries professionally and within established response times.
• Clearly set expectations and keep clients updated on project progress.
• Escalate issues or challenges when needed.
• Organize and coordinate project meetings.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Oversee project progress and proactively identify potential delays.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
• Maintain accurate project records and status updates.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Filter and organize client requests before directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Attend meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through.
• Foster accountability while nurturing strong internal working relationships.
• Keep project documentation and communication records organized.
• Track action items, decisions, and next steps.
• Ensure project information remains precise and accessible.
• Support process enhancements that improve the client experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Client Services, Project Coordination, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-centric communication style.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Keen attention to detail and effective follow-through.
• Capacity to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
• Comfortable managing client expectations and navigating challenging conversations.
• Self-motivated and highly accountable in a remote work setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with effective relationship management skills.
• Experience in design, hospitality, construction, real estate, architecture, or agency environments (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with short-term rentals or property-related sectors (Nice to Have).
• Experience with Matterport, 3D scanning technology, or project intake systems (Nice to Have).
• Proficiency in using Airtable, Motion, or similar project management software (Nice to Have).
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Personal laptop or desktop computer.
• Quality headset for meetings and client calls.
• Dedicated workspace free from distractions and background noise.
