This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee daily customer inquiries and address issues with effective and timely communication.
• Act as the main point of contact for a specific portfolio of clients.
• Direct customer interactions during troubleshooting, updates, and ongoing follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal departments (product, engineering, security, development) to resolve technical challenges.
• Record customer trends and feedback in Salesforce or similar systems.
• Organize customer check-ins, strategic sessions, and training activities.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships through proactive engagement.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and follow-through.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technical concepts and cross-functional problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in CRM or ticketing systems (Salesforce preferred).
• A proactive, resourceful approach combined with strong customer empathy.
