Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take on the overall responsibility for managing client accounts (100-1999 lives)

• Supervise the account while fostering strong relationships with clients and brokers/consultants

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to secure support for the account management strategy

• Balance client needs with business objectives

• Meet annual financial growth targets

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred BA or BS degree or equivalent professional experience

• At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales, with a preference for group insurance experience

• Capability to analyze data to guide and implement renewal decisions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams; as well as Tableau and Salesforce

• Must obtain necessary industry licensing within 90 days of hire date
