This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture ongoing professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure we uphold relationships at various levels within the client organization.
• Offer insights to facilitate consistent account placements from designated clients.
• Recognize cross-selling opportunities for other Aspirion services and collaborate with the assigned sales executive.
• Arrange training sessions for clients by evaluating their needs and liaising with both client and Aspirion departments.
• Engage with clients to address escalated processing and protocol issues.
• Conduct performance evaluations and executive business reviews with clients, preferably onsite.
• Address client complaints, provide suitable solutions and alternatives within set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Communicate with internal departments to aid in resolving client issues, tracking interactions using the provided internal systems.
• Provide clients with regular updates on Aspirion's contributions to their revenue and/or the achievement of expected outcomes from their purchase of Aspirion's services.
• Analyze trends and report on key performance indicators.
• Identify and evaluate client needs to surpass expectations.
• Engage with staff at all levels, sometimes under pressure; maintain flexibility, proactivity, resourcefulness, and efficiency, with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Uphold HIPAA certification and compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations to identify trends and provide strategic insights and recommendations for addressing system issues that lead to downstream payer problems.
• Ensure that any account projects are executed in a timely manner (e.g., provider relations spreadsheets, billing projects, etc.).
• Develop processes for gathering information and resolving client issues.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to uphold company standards and client protocols.
• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Client Success/Management role within the healthcare revenue cycle industry is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
