This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategies for successful pharmaceutical manufacturer program launches and ongoing enhancements.
• Monitor critical milestones, proactively recognize risks, and contribute to achieving successful client outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients on their daily requirements and transform client objectives into actionable steps for PHIL.
• Evaluate program performance against essential success metrics.
• Create reports and dashboards, detect trends and opportunities, and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Discover opportunities for enhancing program rules, prescriber involvement, and patient experiences.
• Act as a reliable daily contact for clients concerning program performance, goal alignment, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with client success, product, operations, and external client representatives to resolve issues and manage pushback.
• Assist in ensuring program data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
• Identify enhancements for reporting, tools, operational processes, and overall efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7 years of experience in a client-facing, consulting, analytics, business strategy, or startup operations position.
• Experience ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar is preferred.
• Data-driven approach and capability to convert data into clear, actionable insights.
• Resourceful problem-solving abilities and comfort with ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results through direct execution and by influencing cross-functional partners.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster client relationships and align both internal and external stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
