Client Retention Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Educate clients on the Beyond Finance financial hardship debt program, detailing its benefits, processes, and available options.

• Primarily engage with clients via inbound phone communications.

• Deescalate situations with upset clients by showcasing empathy and active listening skills.

• Utilize the CRM system to retrieve client information and monitor program progress.

• Keep precise and comprehensive CRM records of client interactions and the status of their programs.

• Evaluate clients’ financial circumstances to identify suitable debt-free alternatives.

• Create tailored solutions in alignment with clients’ financial objectives.

• Motivate at-risk clients to continue participating in the Beyond Finance program.

• Achieve or surpass retention goals and earn commissions based on client success.

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and through various communication channels.

• Address client inquiries and anticipate unexpressed needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections is required.

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes.

• Resilience and the capacity to remain composed under pressure.

• Proven ability to negotiate and effectively resolve client issues.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in a Client Relationship Management system (CRM).

• Strong customer-centric approach and adaptability to various personality types.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by active listening.

• Promotes teamwork and inclusion within the department.

• Possesses troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.
