Client Retention Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Inform clients about the Beyond Finance financial hardship debt program, detailing its benefits, procedures, and available options.

• Show empathy and effectively deescalate situations with upset clients facing financial challenges.

• Utilize the CRM system to retrieve client information and ensure accurate documentation of interactions and program developments.

• Evaluate clients' financial situations to identify suitable debt-free options.

• Create tailored solutions that align with clients’ financial aspirations.

• Motivate at-risk clients to continue with the Beyond Finance program.

• Achieve or exceed retention goals and earn commissions by helping clients meet their financial objectives.

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and various communication platforms.

• Address client inquiries and proactively anticipate unspoken needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections.

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is advantageous.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes.

• Resilience and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Skillful in negotiating and effectively resolving client issues.

• Technologically proficient, especially with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Strong customer-centric approach and adaptability to various personality types.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening abilities.

• Commitment to supporting team and departmental collaboration and inclusivity.

• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
