Client Retention Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Inform clients about the Beyond Finance financial hardship debt program, detailing its benefits, processes, and available options.

• Show empathy towards and deescalate distressed clients, addressing their concerns and helping to ease their financial stress.

• Utilize the CRM system to access and comprehend client information, financial status, and progress within the program.

• Keep precise and comprehensive records of client interactions and program advancements in the CRM system.

• Evaluate clients' financial situations to determine suitable debt-free solutions.

• Create tailored solutions that align with clients’ financial objectives and promote program retention.

• Achieve or surpass retention targets, assisting clients in reaching their financial goals.

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and various communication platforms, responding to inquiries and anticipating unexpressed needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Retention, Sales, or Collections.

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is advantageous.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes.

• Resilience and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Proven ability to negotiate and effectively deescalate client issues.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Strong customer-centric approach and adaptability to various personality types.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with active listening abilities.

• Capability to foster team/department collaboration and inclusivity.

• Skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, establish priorities, and manage time efficiently.
