This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Promote company services by visiting client locations;
• Assist merchants with the verification and activation processes;
• Monitor and assess portfolio performance;
• Provide on-site support and consultation for current customers;
• Engage in both system-scheduled and self-initiated activities;
• Ensure that new merchants within the assigned portfolio complete their registration;
• Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage;
• Escalate issues by creating cases for problems that exceed their resolution capabilities;
• Effectively showcase product features and benefits to clients;
• Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.
• 2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a financial services institution;
• Knowledge of financial products and services, including their features and benefits;
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
• Exceptional negotiation skills;
• Strong organizational and diary management abilities;
• Resilience and capacity to handle objections;
• Ability to engage with a diverse client base;
• Proficient in computer use and possessing a tech-savvy mindset;
• Fluent in both English and Italian.
