This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.
• Directly interact with consumers by making a significant number of outbound phone calls, with an expectation of over 200 calls per day.
• Regularly achieve or surpass both individual and team performance metrics, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative objectives.
• Act as a reliable guide for users as they navigate the process of connecting with qualified financial advisors.
• Proactively reach out to users who have shown interest and arrange consultations with advisors, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Employ a blend of customer service best practices and scripted communication to provide a customized, high-quality experience.
• Precisely record all user interactions, challenges, and results in our internal CRM system.
• Recognize and elevate recurring user issues to enhance the overall experience.
• Participate in ongoing enhancements by providing insights and recommendations to team leaders and cross-functional collaborators.
• Assist with additional projects or initiatives as required in a dynamic, cooperative work environment.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center is required.
• Comfortable working in an environment where achieving quotas and conversion metrics is a primary focus.
• Capable of learning and swiftly adapting to user and business needs.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent time management skills.
• Availability to work some holidays or weekends during peak periods is necessary.
